Applying SLIPs theory to our sample papers


Here is a Krauthammer cheat sheet:

Phonology: spelling and print code deviations
Morphology: inflectional deletions, inconsistencies, inventions
Syntax: sentence boundaries, double negatives, awkward constructions, mixed constructions, misplaced modifiers, etc
Semantics: wrong word, colloquialisms, low variety
Pragmatics: vagueness, lack of unity, coherence, organization
